Every item in our store is custom made-to-order. This means that once you place your order, we get to work producing it just for you. Please note that your total delivery time is a combination of our production time and the shipping time.

You'll Receive a Shipping Confirmation

As soon as your order leaves our facility, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking information and a link to view its status.

The tracking information on this page will become active once your order has been fulfilled and has officially shipped.

Allow Time for the System to Update
A little patience goes a long way! Once you receive your tracking number, it may take the shipping carrier up to 48 hours to scan the package into their system and for the first tracking event to appear. If your tracking link doesn't show any information right away, please don't worry. This is completely normal, and we recommend checking back in a day or two.

International orders pass through multiple carriers and customs agencies. Because of this, tracking information can take longer to update compared to domestic orders.
