Primarily DTG (Direct-to-Garment). Embroidery or DTF/other methods may be used for certain items.

- Tumble dry low (or hang dry to be fancy).
- Do not iron directly on the print.
- No bleach/fabric softener.
- For embroidery/hats: hand wash or gentle cycle; reshape and air dry.
- Mugs: typically dishwasher/microwave safe; check product page.

Print methods and suppliers are chosen with quality and environmental impact in mind. Many DTG inks are water-based and CPSIA compliant.

Maybe-orders move to production quickly. Message us ASAP with your order number. If production has started, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellation.

Carriers sometimes scan late. If there’s no movement after 5 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate.

Order early. We recommend 2–3 weeks before your must-arrive date (more for international).

Check with neighbors/household, look around entrances, and wait 24-48 hours—carriers sometimes pre-scan. If still missing, contact the carrier as they may have it at their facility for pickup. If you’re still having issues after that then contact us.

Let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll help file a claim and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it. If it’s returned to sender, we can reship to the correct address; reshipment postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Yes. Direct to garment printing uses a pre-treatment that can leave a harmless scent or temporary marks. One wash = gone.

Monitors vary and garments absorb ink differently, so slight variances are normal.
