Our Made-to-Order Promise
At Only Good Decisions, every single piece is created on-demand the moment you place your order. As we outlined on our sustainability page, this is a conscious decision to avoid the massive waste common in the apparel industry. It means your item is made for you and only for you—a process that ensures quality and eliminates excess.

This thoughtful approach to production naturally informs our return policy. We stand behind our craftsmanship unconditionally, but our shared commitment to reducing waste requires a little teamwork. Please read the following guidelines carefully.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love what you wear, and we take full responsibility for the quality of our work. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • How to Report an Issue: Please email us directly at concierge@onlygooddecisions.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
  • Resolution: Once the error is verified to be on our part, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund. You generally do not need to return the defective item.

2. Sizing, Exchanges, and Buyer's Remorse

Because each garment is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.

This is the most critical part of our waste-reduction mission. By not holding inventory, we don't have a stock of alternate sizes to offer for exchange. We kindly ask you to channel your inner overthinker before you place your order.

  • Action Required: Please consult the detailed sizing chart available on every product page. If you have any questions about fit or material, contact us before purchasing. We are here to guide you to make the best decision.

3. Packages Lost in Transit

If your order appears to be lost in transit, a claim must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will launch an investigation with the carrier, but we first ask for your help in confirming the shipping address on your order is correct and checking with your local post office.

  • Note: If the tracking information shows the package was successfully delivered to the correct address, we are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of a reshipment or refund.

4. Logistical Scenarios

  • Incorrect Address: If a shipment is returned to our facility due to an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, you will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days.

5. Return Address & Process

Should a return be authorized under Section 1, it must be sent to the facility address provided by our support team via email. Do not send unauthorized returns to our business address below, as they cannot be processed there.

6. Note for European Union (EU) Consumers

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. As our products are printed on-demand, this right of withdrawal does not apply.
