Carriers can scan late. If there’s no movement after 5 business days, we suggest contacting the carrier with your provided tracking number.

Maybe-orders move to production quickly. Contact us ASAP with your order number. If production has started, changes/cancellation aren’t guaranteed (we’ll still try our best).

If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try. Once shipped, we can’t reroute packages.

Check with neighbors/household, look around entrances, and wait 24-48 hours—carriers sometimes pre-scan. If still missing, contact the carrier as they may have it at their facility for pickup. If you’re still having issues after that then contact us.

Let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll help file a claim and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it. If it’s returned to sender, we can reship to the correct address; reshipment postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Because we make each item to order to reduce waste, refunds are limited to verified defects/damage/misprints or orders canceled before production starts (although not always guaranteed). Limiting change-of-mind refunds helps us avoid overproduction and extra shipping emissions-part of our sustainability promise-while we still stand behind quality 100%. If something’s off, we’ll fix it. Otherwise, all sales are final.
