Refund policy

Every Only Good Decisions piece is made to order just for you. That approach helps reduce overproduction, avoid excess inventory, and keep waste low. It is part of how we operate.

Because of that, we do not offer traditional retail-style returns or exchanges for preference-based reasons. But if something is wrong with your order, we will review it and work to make it right.

1. Made-to-Order Policy

All items are produced on demand after your order is placed.

For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • ordering the wrong size
  • ordering the wrong color
  • changing your mind
  • buyer’s remorse
  • personal preference

Please review product details, sizing information, and your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

2. What We Will Make Right

If your order arrives with a genuine issue caused by production or fulfillment, we will review it and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

This includes items that arrive:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • misprinted
  • incorrect
  • materially different from what you ordered

We will also review orders that are lost in transit.

3. Timeframe to Report a Problem

To be eligible for review, you must contact us within the following timeframes:

  • Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items: within 30 days of delivery
  • Lost-in-transit packages: within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

Requests submitted outside these windows may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

4. How to Report an Issue

To report an order issue, fill out our form here https://onlygooddecisions.com/pages/contact and include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem, if applicable

Photos help us review claims faster and work with our production partner to resolve the issue properly.

5. Do Items Need to Be Returned?

In most cases, no.

Because our products are made to order, we usually do not require damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items to be returned before reviewing a replacement or refund request. If a return is needed in a specific case, we will give you clear instructions.

6. Refunds and Replacements

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following remedies, depending on the situation:

  • a replacement item
  • a reprint
  • a refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by us or our fulfillment partner.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or item, the best option is to place a new order.

8. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please first:

  • check around the delivery location
  • ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or mailroom staff
  • contact the shipping carrier for more information

Orders marked as delivered are generally not treated as lost in transit. That said, if you run into an issue, reach out and we will review the situation with you.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is submitted and the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to help update it. Once the order has shipped, changes are usually no longer possible.

If a package is returned because the address entered was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

10. Returned to Sender

A package may be returned to sender for reasons such as:

  • an invalid or incomplete address
  • failure to claim the package
  • refusal of delivery
  • delivery issues caused by local carrier handling

If that happens, contact us and we will let you know what options are available. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

11. Our Low-Waste Approach

We choose made-to-order fulfillment because it helps reduce unnecessary production and minimizes waste. That means our policy is intentionally different from traditional retail.

Rather than producing large volumes of inventory and encouraging routine returns, we create each item when it is ordered and focus on resolving genuine quality or fulfillment issues fairly and transparently.
